When you are a farsi/english native, many Translation mistakes (such as translating "awefull" on farsi to "awesome" on english). But a very good phonetic writing from farsi in latin letters what makes it handy for learning how to write and Read farsi. My fav app for preparing my First Trip to Iran!

The app just recently started to crash on start and since there was no update right before this, it seems like a bug of some sort. Please update!

Very profesional, helpfull and lovely made programm. With good audio exercises and helpfull explainations. Great App.

Really enjoying it so far

Native farsi speaker has corrected many of the translations already. Also, I got a spoken word that didnt match the written word...not very reliable, which makes it not very helpful.

This app is fantastic and a huge help for me.

Its a fun and useful app for anyone who is trying to learn Farsi :-)

Easy and fun

Very good tool for learning! Really encourages you to check daily cause if you dont, you dont get to keep that days new word in you flashcard stack. Good push to check and keep learning. Also excellent pronunciation+ phonetic English spelling, and translation. The readout voice doesnt always read the whole text phrase though :/ thats an error +can cause u to learn wrong. Have Farsi, Spanish and Arabic wordoftheday as well, and though all are GREAT to have (better than nothing FOR SURE), Spanish choice of words has been best so far. I just hate the ads in all :P wish theyd be less intrusive.

Definitely for beginners. It only does a little but does it well.

Now crashes when I try to open it.

Because its a word a day, its frustrating if Im too busy to get the new word. Would be nice to have an option to get the previous days word. I like the pronunciation and the fact that its written in Farsi.

I like that it shows the word written as well as has verbal pronunciation.

They teach you words that will never be used. It could be good, if they had a better choice of words.

It is nothing but an app to get you to upgrade. Can only bank words as they become available.

I love this app. Its amazing. You can actually go back through words you may have forgotten to add to the flashcard section if you know how... Its easy to memorize the words and the speaker is easy to understand. Again, amazing.

This simple app is quite good for those starting to study or learn Farsi (or Parsi, the actual name for the Persian language). By showing the approximate English language pronunciation along with the the original Persian script, the app allows the beginner to become familiar with the language by focusing on one word at time. A great first step for becoming acquainted with this wonderful language at a leisurely pace.
